JOB STATUS:

Does typing, assembles reports, note taking, filing, maintains patient charts, orders supplies, collects payments, etc. Assists with special promotions and public relations activities. Obtains patient information, schedules medical testing outside the office, and assists the practitioner(s) as needed. Other duties as assigned.

JOB STATUS:

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
High school graduate or equivalent. Understanding of insurance billing including Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial strongly preferred. Experience in medical
terminology and medical coding a plus. Must possess excellent computer, office, and math skills and have a firm understanding of the medical billing process and Explanation of Benefits from insurances. Must be highly motivated and have the ability to perform effectively with frequent interruptions and competing demands. Must be able to communicate effectively including reading, following written and oral directions, the ability to converse well with various departments and providers. Must be capable of working well with the public on a professional and confidential basis. Must be attentive to detail and accuracy. Must work well as a team. Experience with Epic preferred.
JOB DUTIES:
Obtains prior authorization/pre-certification and completes third-party eligibility verifications for outpatient therapeutic and diagnostic procedures, surgeries, and
infusions. Maintains compliance with the payer reimbursement policies and Federal Health Care program requirements. Interacts professionally with patients, providers regarding documentation policies and procedures. Checks patient orders and compares with local and national coverage determinations for qualifying diagnosis. Answers telephone and manages messages and requests. Must be a strong communicator with a focus on confidentiality, quality of work and customer satisfaction. Willing to be cross-trained in other areas as requested. Other duties as needed.

Must be graduate of Accredited School of Nursing and currently licensed in the state of Ohio. Preference given to candidates with previous physician office experience. JOB DUTIES:
Triages patients by phone, assists with all daily patient care and patient-related activities/procedures. Schedules appointments, procedures (lab tests and treatments, etc.), arranges appointments, and obtains authorizations for procedures/consultations as necessary; collects specimens for lab tests and performs tests as indicated; interprets lab values; familiar with normal and abnormal lab values and medication uses, knowledgeable of coding for patient services/procedures; assists with surgical procedures and administers medications and treatments under the guidance of physician; accurately documents patient chart information; maintains equipment, instruments, medications, and inventory control for supplies, etc., and other duties as assigned. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to deal with people professionally in a variety of situations.

JOB POSITION: Staff Pharmacist – Forest
JOB STATUS:
Full-Time position working approximately 80 hours per two-week pay period.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy. Current registration to practice pharmacy in the state. One year of previous retail pharmacy experience preferred. Knowledgeable of basic computer and word processing operations. Must be capable of reading and following written and oral instructions. Proficient with patient counselling, problem solving and non-sterile compounding. Certified to administer vaccinations. Ability to supervise personnel.
JOB DUTIES:
Prepares, fills, and distributes prescriptions from physicians and other authorized personnel. Stores and preserves biologicals, vaccines, and serums. Checks incoming shipments and arranges for their storage. Maintains narcotic inventory and other records such as inventory, prescriptions, tax-free alcohol, and quality assurance, quality control, preventative maintenance, and department safety issues. Supervises and trains Pharmacy Technicians, interns, and pharmacists as appropriate. Participates in in-service training. Services as a resource to hospice. Assists in operation of pharmacy, store front end and delivery as needed. Assists with audits and quality measures. Is available to other hospital personnel and the Medical Staff to answer questions and dispense drug information. Performs related pharmacy work as assigned by the Director of Pharmacy. May rotate through other retail pharmacy sites if needed.
