Troy Puckett, DO

Dr. Puckett received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Toledo and earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Ohio University, College of Osteopathic Medicine. He served his residency at Elgin AFB Medical Center and is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, Inc. Dr. Puckett cares for patients of all ages.
