Sheri Clouse, CNP

Sheri Clouse brings years of expertise in primary care, family health, and diabetes management, with a rich background that includes service in the U.S. Army National Guard. As a Certified Diabetic Educator, she manages common acute and chronic illnesses, including minor trauma, episodic problems, and common disorders. She also provides guidance on health hazards, child development, good family health habits, family planning, mental and emotional issues, and maintains ongoing contact and rapport with families.

Sheri cares for patients of all ages, and her office is located at Wyandot Medical Providers at New Riegel. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Otterbein University.
