Lauren Greenlee, CNP, is a Certified Nurse Practitioner providing compassionate, patient-centered care across multiple specialties at Wyandot Memorial Hospital. She supports individuals through various stages of treatment and wellness, combining clinical expertise with empathy and a dedication to improving patient outcomes.

Lauren works closely with physicians, nurses, and the broader care team to ensure each patient receives coordinated, personalized care. From monitoring treatment progress to helping manage symptoms and guiding patients through complex healthcare decisions, she is a trusted partner for both patients and their families.

She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati and holds certifications including AANP, DEA, BLS, ACLS, and more. Lauren is passionate about making a meaningful difference in her patients’ lives, helping them feel informed, cared for, and empowered.
