Jen Frey, CNP

Jen Frey has 25+ years of healthcare experience involving a long career of bedside nursing in the Emergency Department, Intensive Care Unit, Medical-Surgical Department, and a vast array of knowledge managing the Medical-Surgical and Intensive Care Units. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from Ohio University and a Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) from Chamberlain College on Nursing.

Jen is committed to continuing to provide excellent and compassionate care to all patients and their families. Her office is located at Wyandot Medical Providers at Forest and collaborates with Gastroenterologists at Wyandot Specialty Providers on Main Campus, Dr. William Shaheen, Dr. Ganesh Veerappan and Dr. Arjun Venkat.
