JOB POSITION: Controller

JOB STATUS: Full-Time Position – Day Shift – Monday Through Friday

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in business, accounting, finance, industrial engineering, or related field. 5-7 years of accounting/finance experience. Must have excellent Microsoft Excel and computer skills. Must excel at customer service. Above average writing skills for composition of reports, letters, etc., for work in other areas.

JOB DUTIES: The Controller will oversee all core accounting operations, including financial reporting, month-end close, and internal controls, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
This role requires strong technical accounting expertise and a desire to grow into a CFOlevel leader. Key duties include maintaining the general ledger, producing timely financial statements, and improving accounting processes and systems. The Controller will lead a small accounting team handling payroll, AP, cash management, and close activities, while also collaborating with departments such as finance, operations, and HR. This position offers exposure to strategic finance functions including budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning.
