NOTICE OF COMBINED REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS & PROPOSALS FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK

The Wyandot Memorial Hospital is requesting a combined statements of qualifications and pricing proposals pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 9.334(A)(2), from firms to provide construction manager at risk services for its Roof and HVAC Replacement Project. A Combined Request for Qualifications and Proposals may be obtained by written request from Luke Gillig, Director of Project Management, at lgillig@wyandotmemorial.org. A Pre-Proposal Submission Meeting will be held at 1 pm on August 5, 2026 and will begin in the main conference room at Wyandot Memorial Hospital, 885 N. Sandusky Ave., Upper Sandusky, OH 43351 Qualifications and proposals will be accepted until 12:00 p.m. local time, August 12, 2026
