Reid Insurance and Grange Donate to WMH

Reid Insurance teamed up with its partners at Grange Insurance and the Grange Foundation to donate $1,000 to Wyandot Memorial Hospital to benefit the Oncology Department and Wyandot On Wheels community visits. Dan Reid (from left), Wendy Reid and Amy Smalley presented the contribution to Pam Pagnard, director of Wyandot On Wheels, JobCare and UrgentCare; and Debbie Dilley, oncology and patient navigation director.
“We are so fortunate to live in a community of people caring for people,” Wendy Reid noted. “When we were presented with this opportunity, Dan and I both agreed it needed to be an organization serving all of Wyandot County.”
Wendy Reid shared that oncology care is “…near and dear to my heart…” from her experiences with her mother’s 24-year battle with cancer. The selection of Wyandot On Wheels as a second recipient aligned with the desire to benefit the entire county, as the mobile health services bus visits Carey, Forest, Harpster, Nevada and Sycamore.
“How important it is to go to the people of the community,” added Wendy Reid, who indicated Reid Insurance staff member Betty Smiley was unavailable for the check presentation.
