DEPARTMENT: Hospice

JOB POSITION: Registered Nurse

JOB STATUS: Full Time – 72 hours per two week pay period. PRIMARY SHIFT: 8AM-4:30PM. Weekend and holiday rotation responsibility as an on-call basis.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate from Accredited School of Nursing and currently licensed in the State of Ohio. Must exemplify a strong initiative and enthusiasm for the position, including a professional demeanor in appearance and ability to communicate positively, be an independent thinker, and a customer service leader.

JOB DUTIES: The Hospice nurse requires keen attention to detail and plays a crucial role in working closely with members of the Hospice Care Team. Must have the ability to help formulate holistic care plans to meet patients unique care needs, support and educate caregivers and family members, and demonstrate excellent nursing skills.
