DEPARTMENT: Surgery

JOB POSITION: Preop/PACU/Phase 2/PAT Registered Nurse

JOB STATUS: Full-time position. 80 hours per pay period. Day shift primarily may vary depending on department needs. Weekend and holiday call rotation.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate from Accredited School of Nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing. Previous experience caring for pre-op and post-op patients. PAT experience is preferred.

JOB DUTIES: Renders professional nursing care to patients. Performs pre-op and post-op care and pre-admission testing duties and must exhibit excellent customer service. Proficient and knowledgeable of the standards of care for the surgical patient. Willingness to work different days or hours needed as department demands evolve.
