DESCRIPTION:Reaching out to those dealing with chronic illness to offer education\, information\, service opportunities\, coping skills and support. \nWe’d love to have you and your family member or caregiver join us for our next meeting. And please note that you are welcome to attend just one or all of the meetings – whatever works for your schedule! \n  \nOn Wednesday\, May 21 join us for a picnic gathering at Harrison Smith Park in Upper Sandusky.  All participants will bring their own lunch.  This meeting will begin at 12 Noon in the large white shelter building. \nFor more information contact Debbie Dilley at 419-731-4159. \n
