SUMMARY:Living with Diabetes
DESCRIPTION:Living with Diabetes will be held on Tuesday\, June 11 and Wednesday\, June 12 from 8:00 am to 12 Noon in the Oncology Education Room at Wyandot Memorial Hospital. \nThis educational course on managing diabetes is a multi-disciplinary approach to disease management with a nurse\, exercise physiologist\, dietitian and pharmacist.  This course will help you get the tools you need to improve your blood sugar through education\, diet\, exercise and medication. \nThe cost of the classes will be billed directly to Medicare or your insurer with a physician order.  Please check with your insurance plan to determine coverage and receive prior authorization if required. \nTo register\, contact the Wellness Center by calling 419-294-4991 extension 2236.
