JOB POSITION: DIRECTOR OF MARKETING & PUBLIC RELATIONS
Full-time Exempt position. Flexible day shift position, working 80 hours per pay period, or as business needs dictate.
Employment is contingent upon becoming fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
Degree in marketing, advertising, business, or public relations required (Bachelor’s Degree preferred) or equivalent experience.
The Director of Marketing and Public Relations will play a significant and complex role in the continued growth of the organization. There will be opportunities to collaborate with the entire executive team, many hospital leaders, and community organizers in the development of a successful market strategy.
The Director will lead strategic operations around developing the targeting, messaging, and evaluation plan for a specific marketing mix. Addressing the market using traditional and innovative techniques alike, the Director of Marketing will strive to grow the organization’s reach and refine its value proposition.
Other aspects include media relations; coordinating displays, programs, and special events; photography/digital media; preparing an annual budget; and other projects as assigned by the President and Chief Executive Officer. Must have excellent written and verbal communication.
