Wyandot Memorial Limiting Visitors

Hospital

Wyandot Memorial Hospital is limiting visitors at the hospital and its off-campus locations due to the high transmission rate of COVID-19 in the community.

Patients presenting for medical provider appointments or outpatient testing, therapy or treatment are encouraged to arrive alone. If a patient requires assistance, one individual may accompany the patient.

Hospitalized patients are limited to one designated visitor per day, and pediatric patients under the age of 16 may have two visitors per day. Patients hospitalized for COVID are not permitted visitors, but compassionate care exceptions are made when appropriate.

The hospital is requiring all individuals entering their buildings to wear a mask and be screened for fever and COVID symptoms.

For more information about the visitor restrictions, phone hospital administration at 419-294-4991, extension 2363. For questions or concerns about COVID-19 testing, medical care or vaccines, phone Wyandot Memorial’s COVID Call Line at 419-294-4991, extension COVID (2684).
