Rheumatologist Joins Wyandot Memorial Hospital

Rheumatologist Ella Webster, MD, joined the staff at Wyandot Memorial Hospital and specializes in diagnosing and treating more than 100 types of arthritis diseases including rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, gout, vasculitis, lupus, back pain, osteoporosis, fibromyalgia and tendinitis.

Dr. Webster is board certified in both internal medicine and rheumatology. She earned a Bachelor of Science at the University of Florida in Gainesville, and a Doctor of Medicine from the UF College of Medicine. She completed post-graduate training at UF hospital sites in Jacksonville and Gainesville, and served a fellowship in rheumatology, clinical immunology and allergy at the UF College of Medicine. Additionally, Dr. Webster earned a Doctor of Science in Hygiene at the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public Health.

Dr. Webster’s professional experience includes medical practices in Florida, Mississippi and Virginia, and locum tenens assignments in Missouri, West Virginia and Pennsylvania. She has also served as an instructor for medical students, participated in mission trips and is the current president of the St. Vincent de Paul Society for Christ the King Parish.
