Clabaugh Retires from WMH

Hospital

Darlene Clabaugh of Upper Sandusky retires this week from Wyandot Memorial Hospital after working more than 43 years for the organization. Darlene started in the linen department and moved to the medical records department, completing her career as the health information management director.

“After retirement, my plans are to finally be able to take time and enjoy all of the special gifts God has blessed me with,” Darlene said. “We get so busy and caught up in the day-to-day demands that the things we cherish the most often get put aside.”

Among Darlene’s priorities are making memories with her grandchildren, helping her children with their busy lives, working on projects with her husband Jim and riding their bikes.

She also anticipates “cooking real meals instead of a quick, thrown-together meal on a paper plate,” Darlene added, and will do more quilting, too.

“It has been a pleasure to work with so many different people over the years,” she continued, “and I am so thankful to have been able to be part of the Wyandot Memorial Hospital team.”
