Dr. Doty-Armstrong Joining Women's Health Team


Carmen Doty-Armstrong, DO, joined Wyandot Memorial Hospital’s women’s health team to provide gynecological surgical care and office hours in Upper Sandusky.

The obstetrician/gynecologist has practiced with Findlay Women’s Care since 2013 and has worked in our area for almost 20 years.

Dr. Doty-Armstrong earned her Doctor of Osteopathy degree from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Science in Des Moines, Iowa, after completing masterwork in health profession administration at Pennsylvania State University in State College, Pennsylvania. She completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology in Toledo at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center in affiliation with the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She also served an OB/GYN internship at St. V’s.

Dr. Doty-Armstrong is certified by the American Board of OB/GYN. As an independent physician, she has medical privileges at Tiffin Mercy Hospital and Blanchard Valley Hospital.

At WMH, Dr. Doty-Armstrong collaborates with both Nurse Midwife Susan Hotelling and Nurse Midwife/Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner Megan Bair. She is certified in surgical robotics for minimally invasive surgeries and will be the first surgeon to use WMH’s new da Vinci® surgical system this fall.
